Yes....As a general rule, water holds more O2 at cooler temps. Heating  tends 
to lower the solubility.  Think of what happens when you warm up a can of 
carbonated water (soda pop).  It goes flat as it warms up.
O2 is far less soluble than CO2.  I wouldn't think it would be a factor.
