Re: Squash Bug Update
Wayne,
What chemical company makes Ansana. Is it a wettable powder, liquid? I
used Admire last year with limited success. I would be willing to try
Ansana this year.

I have been spraying squash bugs with Malathion and Sevin with no luck.
Seems like it has no effect on them. At our local Farm store they advised me
that these chemicals have little effect on them. They suggested Thiodan as
it is specifically listed to kill squash bugs, squash beetles, squash vine
borers and stink bugs. Has anyone tried this product and if so how well does
it work?
Thanks,
Mark Fowler

Thiodan has resistance problems too. Asana will do it.
