Re: Patch Wars!

Shellie,

We're sitting here basking in the sun wishing for a cloud or a wisp of wind to blow by our patches. 110 today and no relief in site. Hopefully this is the peak of the heat with a cooling trend coming by the weekend and back into the 90's. For our fellow CA growers hang in there and keep the water flowing as well as shade cloth.

Just want say..... It is nice to have this list of fellow growers to read there ups and downs! We all speak the same language. as a fellow grower/buddy in Boonesville told me...."Non-growers just don't understand".....
We all got a problem or two in this quest to grow the big one.....attempting to fool mother nature and fighting the varmints etc...
Got my share here too in Western Washington.... why do we grow these? Will someone please enlighten me. I forgot! LOL
Oh the agony of defeat.. not defeated yet!
Hang in there everybody. Pollinating in a couple weeks for some and then we have another topic!
Shellie
