Pollinating Already

All.........

It's been 70 days since germination and time to begin pollinating. I've got
12' to 15' mains with 4' to 8' sides and my plants are putting out about as
many females as males. I want to end up the season with two pumpkins per
vine (first year caution, next year will try culling down to one per vine).
So my questions are:

*	How many females should I initially pollinate on each plant,
*	How big should I let them get before I start culling down to the
final two,
*	How many should I set on the main vine and,
*	If the final two are on the main, how close together can they be?

All help much appreciated.
