Doug, if I remember you live in So. Cal. and if so I'm sure
those nasty little bugs are Cuke Beetles. Use Sevin to get rid of them or
they will bring the deadly powdery mildew to your plants. We in So. Cal.
are lucky in that we do not get the dreaded vine borer here.
