Help! Gummy Stem Blight!

Someone please give me some fast advise! From all pictures I have seen I am
sure my AG plants have Gummy Stem Blight. Now I am kicking myself in the
butt for not taking preventive measures. Guess you live and learn.
I began today spraying them with daconil. Will this solve the problem? If so
how often should I spray it?
What is the best way to rotate between insect spraying and disease spraying
to avoid washing one off with the other.
Would I be better off to pull these plants up and do a quick replant to try
to save the season?

I would really appreciate any help anyone can offer. I feel like my growing
season is in danger of being over.

Thanks,
Mark Fowler
