Wow!  This is my first year growing pumpkins so please forgive my ignorance!  What type of pumpkin is Shellie, and is this 15 days from the flower?  How much does she weigh? My seedlings are right behind me in a box with a full spectrum light at 87 degrees.  I just started them this morning.  Is it traditional to "name" your pumpkin? 
I didn't realize there was so much I didn't know!  I'm so confused by everything on the internet.  My plan is to raise them like everything else in my garden, except with a lot more fertilizer and water.  By the way, how do you test your soil? I'd like to have something to enter into the Half Moon Bay festival here in California.  That gives me about 120 days.  Hope that works.  Any ideas/advice would be appreciated!
