Hi List, I'm ready to plant my seedlings. The problem is that I got a late start and haven't done any ground prep. I asked a farmer out here about steer manure and he told me that he mixes his in with his cow manure. What in tarnation is the difference? And will either burn my little ones? Should I plant them as is and then fertilize? I haven't had my soil sampled, but my regular pumpkins do great here, in fact I had about 35 volunteers from last year. I am planning on giving each plant about 30 square feet. Comments, anyone? Sandi Personal Best- 6 lbs
