        Seven does work but you need to apply it very often, like every third day. You also have to attempt to cover every square millimeter of the plant stems, leaf bottoms, and all the vines (especially the underside). I had a lot of Adult SVB's laying hundreds of eggs last year and only one borer managed to take up home on a side vine.  It is way too much work but does work. Warrior-T is definitely the way to go. There has to be residual seven covering the egg when it hatches. If the little grub isn't overwhelmed by it and makes it into the vine, it is safe and you can't get um with the Seven anymore. If you must use Seven, make it a bit on the weak side and enjoy your endless ritual : )
