Don't thank me until you hear my reply...LOL......If they are true honey bees give up the earthworms and keep the bees. They are good bees and becomming a rare sight these days. You can probably move the whole structure at night slowly to an area where they wont bother anyone and help the environment at the same time.
The other option is to call the animal control people and ask them for a number for the local aviaryclub...or a well known larger pesticides company and ask for a list of beekeepers who will relocate it...often for free.(they make nice honey ya-know). They'll often do this removal just to add the colony to thier group of hives.
Whatever you do...dont get out the raid. I relocated a bumblebees hive last week...it was subterranian but in my compost pile. BB's are rather docile and the hive was just starting out (baseball size) so it wasn't a big deal to do. Its now in a two gallon plastic nursery pot screwed to the fence with a plywood top...the bees enter and exit through the holes in the bottom sides of the pot. I did it at night as they are less active and all there, so in the morning they can reprogram via sunlight where the new hive is.......worked great.........G
