HOPE THIS COMES
THRU, it's a Drag n Drop.
Bioassay studies
were conducted to evaluate WARRIOR rainfastness. Cotton plants were
greenhouse grown and treated with WARRIOR and WARRIOR EC. Treated plants
were allowed to dry for three hours. Then half of these plants were
subjected to one inch of simulated rainfall. Well exposed leaves were
taken from treated plants with no simulated rainfall and compared to
similar leaves from treated plants receiving simulated rainfall using a
bioassay for tobacco budworm mortality. |

Additional
bioassays were conducted to evaluate effects of dew and high humidity on
efficacy of WARRIOR. All tests indicated that neither dew nor high
humidity have any impact on efficacy. |
How does one balance the need to overhead
water every day or two with the need to spray for cuke beetles & SVB? How
"waterproof", if waterproof at all, is Warrior T,
Sevin? Is each washed off by water quickly or slowly? In other
words how much residual insecticide is left after say an hour of overhead
watering? Thanks!
