A commercial lawn fertilizing co. sprayed my neighbors yard on a windy day withh a fert/broadleaf herbicide a few days ago. It has hit my 924 rose hard and my 945 van, not as bad. the leaves are deforming, especially on the new growth. I don't want to lose my plants. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Find out what they were spraying and if it had 2-4-D in it.  Your plant may grow out of it but maybe not.  The only thing I can think of is water good.  2-4-D will not just drift but when temps go above 80-85 it vaporizes and can kill up to 1/4 mile away all of the squash family and grapes especially.
