Hi Glenn,
Don't discount the value of birds in your Pumpkin patch, unless they are
attacking your plants; they get rid of a lot of insect pests. Around
here, we have magpies, bluejays, crows, ravens, robins, chickadees,
siskins, flycatchers, woodpeckers, just to name a few.
