Re: Early male
Yep, happened to me...never figured it out. I had
literally hundreds of female blooms and no males.
This condition existed throughout the entire growing
season for that plant. And the one right next to
it(same conditions/soil/treatment)produced the SC
state record. Go figure. I tried hand pollinating
many females(with pollen from the plant right next to
it) but every single fruit aborted by grapefruit size.
When in doubt blame genetics, I did <:^}> BF
