I have 6 seedlings which I am going to thin out in a few weeks, but I am trying to figure out which fertilizer to use now. I have 6-7 leaves on each plant and am using a fish 5-1-1 every 5-6 days (I have very sandy soil). Could I put Miracid 30-10-10 on it to get them going?
Thanks
Alan
I am growing giant pumpkins for the first time and all of my seedlings have 3-4 true leaves, but the fringes of the larger ones are starting to yellow and the first 2 seed leaves are all yellow. Is there something I should be doing differently? I planted them in the ground yesterday and have fertilized them a few times with 10-52-10. I have grown 'prizewinner' pumpkins for several years and have never had this problem.
Thanks
Alan Makarchuk
