Doug,
This list is comprised of many different people, so you must be more
specific on whom you bought your seeds from. If you feel the seeds were too
expensive, if you are on this list for a while, you will find that many
growers give away their seeds. On the other hand, some seeds are auctioned
for hundreds of dollars...with no guarantees.
Also, depending on genetics and how you handled the seeds, germination is
rarely 100%. Although I do admit that 1 of 7 is not good. If you directly
planted these seeds in your garden, your germination rate would be expected
with the weather we have had this year. Also, animals LOVE giant pumpkin
seeds, so that could be another problem.
Please be more specific about your germination methods and problems and we
will try to help you the best we can.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have planted the seeds I have bought from you for 'Atlantic Giant' pumpkin
seeds. Unfortunately only one have sprouted. Is this normal? If so, I feel
it was rather expensive $7.00 for one plant. I would appreciate any feedback
regarding this matter. Thanking you in advance.
