I put in a patch of pumpkins for the kids at their school a short while
back. They have a 4 ft. section next to the building where one can grow
things. Next to that is a sidewalk and next to that is a grassy
courtyard. We had 15 plants about three feet apart (each child had their
own). Hope was to have them grow across the sidewalk onto the grass.
They are now reaching the grass but it looks very much like we have one
with a fruit set right in the middle of the sidewalk! Not your average
AG dillemma. I will keep you informed.
