last year we were 98 to 103 during pollination time.....but in the morning
when you pollinate it is cooler....I find that if you make some overhead
shading this really helps.......as I think you lose them in the heat of the
day...you lose everything in the heat of the day growing tips ect...if its
not shaded...maybe get a card board box make lots of vents and shade the
little pumpkin,,,,,, freeze milk jugs and stick them in there to keep temps
down but do tests to see what extremes you must do ...just shade one and
see and then try a few with frozen milk jugs near it.....also shaded......I
have only shaded and that has work for me .....
