Marv,
I like your Remay method and yes that is what I am using. The Remay protects
from the wind and will also help to warm the plants some while allowing air
circulation. The plastic on the other hand won't and if you should suddenly
get a sunny hot day and are not home to pull the plastic you may return from
work to find your plants baked!
