 Hang in there George......  looks like your AG-480-GB's (are starting to take
 off in Cleveland OH)....rain yes - but not too much - 3" - and now humid and
 75-85 degree weather.coming..ok ..I'll take it.....
 
 Your conditions.....
 19" of rain is a ton......  any soil left?...  anaerobic conditons may start
 soon -  if it starts to dry - if there is any way of aerating the root
 zone..... you might fair better.....

Garden is in a perfect spot to survive.  It is on a plateau 7 feet above the
rest of my yard,  it has medium loam 10"  20" deep with a coarse sand subsoil
of 15".  Large worm population also helps.  In the hollow below the water
table has peaked 1' above the ground level, 8.5 feet above normal, drowning
the night crawlers to the delight of a pair of Ducks.
