Patrick, I am so sorry. I wasn't going to tell you this for fear of
jinxing your plant, but there's a Brock 591 at my Dad's which had a
badly split vine, too. We were up last weekend and I mounded dirt over
most of the vine. I really liked the genetics on that seed, plus it
looked so good early. I had high hopes that it would do well for you.
Oh well, now you've got two vines going?? Maybe you will get two giant
pumpkins - what would Marv do with twin champion pumpkins?
