Brad,
I have been using Admire. The Cucumber beetles are out, but they have not
touched any of my plants. Two days prior to transplant (May 4), I drenched
the pots with 2ml of Admire in 6 oz of water. I am going to give them a
"booster" at the same rate on Saturday.
We had a mild winter in Ohio, so this should be a bumper crop year for all
insects. My dad left his plants out unprotected (a flat of melons, and 3
pumpkins) on a nice evening last week. The next morning everything was dead
because of insects.
Do Jap Beetles feed on AG's? They should be out in Ohio within a few weeks.
Remember, GO BUCKS!!!
