Actually, I can understand in a way why he wanted to sell the seed....if he
worked all year planning to grow giant pumpkins this year and had it all
taken away from him because of the land owner, he probably wanted to get
SOMETHING back for all the effort and time and money he put into it. $120
would help ease the pain, you have to admit! But I don't think he meant
anything unethical by it. So anyway it is good he is returning it to the
sender. These seeds are very valuable, not for money, but for the genetics
that they hold and the future of pumpkin growing, and plant breeding period.
