BC update

I have been reading some updates including one from Washington.  All of
these growers have been doing great.

My poor plants are just about 7 inches long and are no where near receiving
their first flowers of any sex.  They have grown a bit after the cold snap
that we had but are not growing as fast as I wanted.  Any advice would be
apreciated
