16 weeks is plenty of time to grow a 400 or 500 lber even in
Newfoundland. My only concern is that if your last frost date is the end
of June, when is your early frost date?. It would be better and easier
to cover a small plant in May and June then try to cover one that has
taken over your garden by the time August and September roll around. But
since you have 16 weeks to grow, then you are on your way to a nice size
pumpkin.....Good Luck....Ken Reinsborough....New Brunswick Canada
