  That is going to be quite a task.  I assume you will have to go out each 
night to see if any blooms are going to be ready to polinate the following 
day.  If you see some that will bloom the next morning you will have to bag 
them, with something like a zip lock baggie with air holes.  You will have 
to do this with male and female flowers, and self polination is a must.  I 
would also recommend bagging all flowers, not just the one used in 
polinating and don't leave any of your blooms out, make sure they are never 
open to bees, otherwise they will cross for you.  So bag all your flowers 
and throw away all flowers that open that day before bees get to them, and 
don't let bees get to them by bagging them
