Subject: Hilling your plant??
List,
I decided to give the double digging or triple digging a couple of
the hill site a try this season....after doing all the digging and then
filling and mixing with the tiller..varies amouts of old manure ..leaves
that have been shreaded...and some of the dirt I had removed....I came
up with a hill....My question is how high of mound should I shoot
for...currently it is about 12" higher then "normal" grade....and
tttthen it tapers out to the size or a 6 to 7 foot diameter
circle....It this about what I should be shooting for????
