How to irrigate large area?

I have just started to grow pumpkins. I have a medium size garden,
semi-circular -- about 100 feet wide. It is in a remote location so I have
to water with a pump.

Currently I have a 3.5hp gas pump that sends the water from a pond - up a
small hill then about 150 feet to the garden. I am using 1 1/2" hose. From
there I have to drop that down to 3 or 4 garden hoses and am using regular
household sprinklers. I have quite a bit of volume, but mild pressure (I
guess 25lbs or so maybe a little more)

I am looking for a much better solution that would allow me to use 1 or 2
heads and not have to move them around - which is damaging the vines.

I have looked at some field/golf course sprinklers, but they are very
expensive.

I am good with PVC and thought about building a few "towers" with heads on
the top that could spray out wider.... Anyone have any other inexpensive
ideas?
