Pass the ammo is right! Let me tell my groundhog stories, first of all...We
have a shed in our yard, and the woodchucks made a palace in there. They
would come out to eat from our garden time and time again, Fencing? Tried
it. Trapping? Tried it, we moved some of them...but there must be some sort
of a network where they inform each other where the gardens are...because we
always got more. Finally, we had to start shooting them...there was nothing
else to do! The summer before last, 7 woodchucks fell to my .22, and they
still got some of my garden. After that year, they must have got the word
out on their network that this was a dangerous place to live, b/c we didn't
really have any problems with woodchucks....So, pass the ammo to that guy and
wish him good luck.
