This year I am using a little of both.
When the plants are small I will be using soaker hoses. When the plant
gets bigger I feel that it will be to hard to get a good coverage with
soaker hose so I am going with a overhead sprinklers .
I feel that if you have access to lake,stream or well water that you
should use.
I have only city water so I am building a 2000 gallon storage pond that I
will use to catch water off the roof and i will bring water in from a well
about 2 miles away.
I have friends that work in excavating and they have access to a 2000
gallon water trailor. Last year the lack of water stopped my growth and I
will not let it happen again.
