Topsfield (New England) will be on Sept 30th.
The other G.P.C. sites will be one week later, the 7th of October. The
N.E.P.G.A. and Topsfield have a long standing agreement that was
"Grandfathered" into the GPC's rules since it predated the G.P.C. inception
(1993).
