Has anyone approached the Topsfield fair people regarding a live broadcast
of this years pumpkin weigh off directly into the Internet?
Being in Ontario now, I doubt I will see it in the evening news, but a web
broadcast would bring it to everyone. And people could rewatch it at
their liesure. I believe Real Audio supports both picture and sound.
Anyone know an ear they can tweak in Topsfield?

Ken Desrosiers and John Deary have just set up an NEPGA homepage. They are
featuring a live pumpkin cam , watching the progress of a checkon 815
plant..updated every hour. I would suggest contacting Ken and John on their
web site and exploring the possibilities. www.bigpumpkins.com/nepga. Al Craig
(general manager of Topsfield fair), Hugh Wiberg, Ken and John might be able
to pull it off.
