IF YOU START SEEDS INSIDE , WHAT IS THE BEST KIND OF LIGHT TO PUT OVER THEM. 
IN THE PAST MINE ALWAYS GETS TO LEGGY.  I'VE TRIED 2 FLORESENT TUBES, AND 
TRIED  SOME WITH A GROW LIGHT. SAME RESULTS.
