Here in central Ca, it gets hot. We use 1/2" black tubing and use 2
ga/hour mister heads and push them into the tubing every 5' or so
depending on wind, coverage, etc. Run these lines every 30' apart going
across the patch. Every 25' put a 7' T post in and suspend the tubing to
it. The weight of the tube filled will lower the line level to about 5'
or so. This works good for us.
