soil tests

Dear list,
I did three soil tests (rapitest), on my gardens. All three
show depletion on Nitrogen and Potassium. Sufficient in Phosphorus. My pH was
about 6.2. It mat seem obvious for what I need but I was wondering from some
veterans out there if they may recommend a particular fertilizer, lime, etc.
I would really appreciate any advice.
