Admire 240 F

Anyone have any ideas on where to acquire Admire 240 F. It is a liquid 
concentrate of imidacloprid (MERIT).  It is about 25% imidacloprid, versus 
Grubex's .3%. I know Len Stellpflug uses it and swears it has great control 
of Japanese beetles and squash vine borer.
