hi deb,
here in walton n.y. i germinate seed for on or about may 1st at that
time i get cold frames in place to help warm the soil in the patch
around the 15th of may the seedlings are in the cold frames (sooner or
later depending on seedling growth and weather ) as the seedlings grow
the cold frames get additions built on them to protect the plants from
frost last year we had a frost june 6th so be careful of frost where you
