     Like Mr. Waterman, I don't post on this site very often either. I became sick and tired of being inundated with Mr. Ray's "free" advertising being sent to my home via e-mail. Mr. Waterman has done a lot of great things in his life for Giant Pumpkins, and for this, we should all be thankful. You are incorrect when you stated that he only posts here to advertise his business. I remember last year when he posted here to "bash" the current world record holder for turning down the opportunity for him to get more cash at HIS weigh-off, when  in reality, it was sour grapes because he couldn't get his hands on all the seeds! I agree that this list should be beneficial to those wishing to grow giant pumpkins, and that there should be ABSOLUTELY NO free advertising. But, it appears that Mr. Waterman will not go away. Believe me, he thrives on the controversy, and the best way to deal with it is to totally ignore him. You are not the only one who is fed up with his "shameless" plugs!
