Re: Wisconsin grower?

Don, I had a plant that only got sun from 11am to 4pm and grew it had a
pumpkin that was 250 lbs. It was grown in 30 sq feet. Another plant I had
got sun from 11am to about 6pm and grew to 405 lbs in about 200 sq ft.

List,
I heard there was a Wisconsin grower that didn't get much sunlight on his
patch until 1:00pm and still managed to grow an 800+ pumpkin. Is this true?
If so, does anyone know who? It would inspire me since I don't get sun often
until 10:30am.
Waht is the take on sunlight? In WV we have them thar hills blocking some
light, maybe the reason the record hasn't fallen yet. Shed some
Light...(hee..hee)
on this subject to uplift us WV growers...or should I buy some land in Ohio?
