Good point George, 
	When it comes to UOW, most think that is bad, but remember, the Bobier
723,which is one of, if not the, hottest seed out there, is a UOW seed,
and most of the ones I have eyeballed have had some type of immaturity
on them. This slight  immaturity makes some get nervous, but actually,
most of the 723's out there will germinate just fine.
