Vital Information Lost

I thought this might be off topic, but it really does have a lot to do with
everyone on the list.

Does anyone know of a good firewall for your computer?  (Roger?)

I lost all my vital squash info including my growers log, seed list, soil
tests, etc for the past three years when I had to wipe my hard drive .  I
have Norton Antivirus, and I keep it updated, but I think something snuck in
under the radar from the Internet.  I know....I should back up this vital
information, and rest assured I will, but I still want some added
protection.

Don't worry, I won't pass it to anyone as a.) this is my work computer and
b.) I completely reformatted my hard drive and am starting from scratch.

I encourage you to respond to me privately to discourage clutter on the
list.  If anyone else is interested in the responses I get, you too can
e-mail me privately and I will pass any info I get to you.
