Hi,list

Does anyone know when it is safe to transfer to the
garden? I have made a cold frame but do not have
heated lines in the soil.  I live in Newmarket,
Ontario just north of Toronto.  Also how many weeks
before I transplant to the garden should I start
germinating the seeds?
