Harold,

Completely clean the incubator with a solution of water and about 10%
bleach, then let it air dry.
Start over with sterile seed starting mix and new peat pots.
Depending on what your temperature was in the incubator, you may have to
turn it up a bit.
I wouldn't give up on those seeds if they are important to you. Put them in
the ground with a fungicide, protect from cold and give them a chance. You
may be surprised at how resilient these plants can be sometimes.
