Well, what can i say.. things up here in the frozen tundra, no i am not
talking about Canada Eh?, (sorry had to make a joke) it has been weird lately.
last couple of days have seen highs in the 50's but now it is in the 10's
well the point of this is, while i am in college, i am still bored as all get
out. so what do i do to solve that? i email 20th century fox and get
permission to show my favorite movie on campus, without licensing fees
they say it is cool. so about 2 weeks or so ago, the insanity hit this campus.
we (another campus group with much cash behind them paid for all the stuff
needed) showed "The Rocky Horror Picture Show" on campus here. we had 3x the
normal number of ppl show up than for normal campus things.
well everyone had so much fun, we want to do it again. so i emailed 20th
century fox back. i ask for permission to show it like 2x per year for many
many years. i got their email back last nite.. they said yes
and thus a tradition is born
"it's astounding,
time is fleeting,
and madness takes it's toll.
But listen closely,
not for very much longer.
I've got to keep control.
I remember,
doing the time warp."
