Thanks very much for the seeds. As I mentioned earlier, kast year was my 1st
for gorwing a big pumpkin. I've already got 2 friends interested in trying
their luck this year. I'm sorry about asking for things that were on the
highlighted part of your list. I don't have Excel here at home so I had to open
your file with MS Works. Everything on my list was highlighted? A friend
recently gave me a link to a web site that had a list of seeds ranked by the number
of 1000lb or bigger pumpkins grown from them. I could see that the 723
Bobier and the 805 Pukos were among the top seeds. I don't know much about pumpkin
genetics but I'd suppose that this combination (I guess you'd call it
"cross") might be especially good.
Thanks again for your generousity. This type of attitude is what really
attracted me to the pumpkin growing crowd in the 1st place. If you have any good
pumpkin germinating/growing tips to share I'd be interested.
