waterman/wpc refuse to respond

To all pumpkin culturalists:

Let it be known that the WPC / Waterman have repeatedly ignored my requests for
correspondence. They have my money, because I have a cancelled check. Other
than that, I have nothing, zero, to show for my dues.  Is this anyway to run a
pumpkin confederation? 

I ask you, when you spend money to join an organization, do you wish to receive
something in return???? Further, when you try and correspond with the leader of
the organization, don't you expect a reply? 

And if no reply comes, what can one assume then? If you send in your dues, yet
get nothing in return do you not a have a legitimate concern???!!!! I ask you!
I believe the WPC owes me , and every other member an explanation. 

I am hoping this bit of writing WILL produce a response from those who should
have responded in the first place. I only want what I paid for, nothing more,
nothing less.
