WPC/Waterman refuse to respond

To pumpkin growers everywhere:

Let it be known that the WPC/Waterman have repeatedly ignored my requests for a
response regarding the status of my membership. 

It boils down to this: They have my money, as I have a cancelled check to prove
it --- I have received nothing - zero- ziltch- in return for my dues. Its been
6 months since I sent them in. 

I have made no less than 5 requests for an explanation. None has been received.
Now I ask you... Is this proper procedure to conduct business???

I only want what I paid for, nothing more, nothing less. 

THIS IS NOT AN UNREASONABLE REQUEST... IS IT??
