I wouldn't feel too bad i think that thats good advice ....i wouldn't plant
two plants of anything there are always a good amount of duds in every
cross except .....a Mombert 567.5.................I think the 697 is just
like all seeds, like the 449, 559, 490donkers , 1006, 887orr,
923,915,990,910 914, 963,975..the list goes on.....they pop a few great
ones and the rest are duds........some don't even pop a great
one.............not much has changed its a crap shoot.........If Chris
Andersen wasn't away he might try and pick up these seeds up as his 815
last year received the least of his care......for me I like the background
genetics of the 697.....plus i love a good auction.........brock
