This time the Ottawa-St.Lawrence Growers are auctioning off a troika of
good seeds - a 559 Geerts '95, a 975 Zehr '95, and a 914 Weir '94.
There is a reserve bid which has been again transmitted to Duncan McAlpine
for safekeeping.
Who will open the bidding?
The rules again are:
This silent auction is available only to members of the pumpkin group and
those reading the "digest".
Post your bets publicly on the pumpkin group. Farmer Gus will be able to
monitor them on the "digest" as he has unsubscribed from the group.
Bidding will cease at 10:00 a.m. EST Sunday, 15 March and the highest
bidder will be announced and will get 3 of the best seeds in the world.
All bids are in USA dollars.
There is a reserve bid, the amount which has been emailed to Duncan
McAlpine who is honour bound not to divulge it.
If the reserve bid is not met, the silent auction is null and void.
Lets see those bids!
Remember this is Ottawa-St.Lawrence Auction #2. It is the final one for now.
