Aren't there some plug-in cooler/warmers that one could use on a very
low setting as a germination unit? I'm not talking about a warming pad,
but a device designed for food that looks like a picnic cooler, plugs
into cigarette lighter in a car and can be set either to cool or warm
food (or pumpkin seeds?). Anybody heard or tried such a thing -- could
be easier to regulate tempmerature than Joel's method...
